As part of UOP’s
Global Project Management Office you will be UOP’s Project Manager responsible
for execution of UOP’s Basic Engineering Design Packages (Sch A) for Refinery
and Petrochemical Complexes globally. Also includes STS projects for R&P as
well as other customers.
This involves all
project planning/ coordination and cost control activities. You will lead a
multi-disciplined team of engineers, located globally, to achieve the
deliverables to project schedule, contractual scope and quality. You will be
UOP’s customer interface for the technical execution of the project throughout
the project from award to plant start up.

Key Responsibilities
E2E Sch A Engineering project execution
Basic Engineering Design Packages
Process Design Packages,
Customer SPOC
Post delivery support on delivered projects.
Planning, forecasting and controlling costs/ project schedule, project plan, S-curve
Projects involving multiple Refining and or Petrochemical process units consisting of 2+ units with Engineering project values in range of2 – 5 MUSD.
YOU MUST HAVE
7 + years in Refinery & Petrochemical industry with good exposure to Project Execution (or Project Engineering).
Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate effectively on project stakeholder including Top management of customer /internal project stake holders.
Recognized for an extensive background in technical knowledge of UOP Process Technologies
Gathers and analyzes the most important information, thereby understanding problems and their underlying causes, and arrives at sound problem solutions.
Planning, forecasting and controlling project costs.
Understanding of Engineering Agreements.
We Prefer
PMP certification
Knowledge of SAP. CORA, SFDC, MS Project.
Work experience with Oil Companies- India or abroad.
Customer facing role (Service, sales)
Site experience
