Amazon's Retail Business Services (RBS)- Selection team is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to build new global programs to improve Amazon selection . The scope will include ( not limited to) starting up and scaling programs to unblock new selection , upstream defect elimination and improving customer and selling partner experience across Amazon marketplaces. The leader will leverage RBS product, technology and Amazon global capabilities across retail , catalog services , eCommerce foundation , ML/AI teams to deliver on the objectives.
Key job responsibilities
-Ideate , develop and document program strategy, align on goals, milestones, project plans, and mechanisms that lead to goal delivery.
-Influence, and align on strategies with leadership and cross-functional partners outside RBS.
-Communication skills .
-Ability to work across a global stakeholders and comfortable with moderate travel.
-Understand the complexity and mechanics of systems, services, AL/ML tools, processes, financial metrics and customer experience related to selection management in Amazon Retail and influence continuous improvement.
-Own analysis and reporting of their programs, COEs, RCAs , escalations and build new reporting if necessary.

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
