OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive
What you will do:
In this role you will be responsible to program lead our Fire and Security LOB’s across APAC. You will work with the P&L’s to drive improvement through performance management (KPI’s, key financial metrics & trends), project analytics review & actions. You will coordinate the consolidation of LOB data and support countries to drive MOR actions & opportunities. As you identify improvement opportunities you will partner P&L’s and APAC team to develop & deploy processes & capability as needed including field support if needed.
How you will do it:
- Analyse data across the APAC CFS portfolio and identify risks, opportunities & trends
- Provide P&L’s and APAC team insights into trends for the CFS portfolio
- Monthly/ quarterly backlog review for Cost, Margin, UBR, AR and schedule impacts with market project delivery team
- Risk and escalation matrix for Fire and security LoB to esure product delivery issues are addressed with the help of factpries and thir party suppliers
- Partner with P&L’s to develop actions to address mitigation plans
- Consolidate fire and security LOB data as required for Global & APAC reporting, MOR’s and other reporting requirements as needed
- Support Project Delivery Director on MOR data analysis and consolidation
- Partner P&Ls to drive acton completion (eg. MOR, UBR etc)
- Work with the APAC team as required to develop & deploy processes to drive improvement in the CFS portfolio
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Engineering) is required. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, specifically focused on tools, process, and capability development for more than 5 years. Overall work experience of 13 to 15 years
- Field experience of executing IBMS projects in earlier tenure is required and it's preferred to be in Fire and security business for large infrastructure projects like Airports, Data centers, Metros, and commercial buildings
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget and on schedule.
- In-depth knowledge of tools, methodologies, and frameworks for process improvement, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
