Job Title: Senior Program Manager
Location: Mumbai
What you will do:
As a Senior Program Manager at JCI, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of projects, including project management, vendor management, and overseeing the installation of various security products, including HVAC, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS). Your role will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution from initiation through to completion, ensuring compliance with project timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize performance and deliver results that meet customer expectations.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of security products, ensuring technical specifications are met.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Document project processes, changes, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
What we look for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the installation of HVAC and security systems.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and ability to foster productive relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee project sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with compliance regulations related to security installations.
- Knowledge of additional security products and systems.
