Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for gift card solutions
- Lead end-to-end product development from conception through launch and optimization
- Build business cases and analyze market opportunities to drive category growth
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop innovative payment solutions
- Establish metrics and track performance to drive continuous improvement
- Create and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
A day in the life
Your day might begin with analyzing performance metrics and customer feedback trends. You'll collaborate with UX designers on new features, review technical specifications with engineers, and participate in strategic planning sessions with global stakeholders. You'll spend time synthesizing market research, defining product requirements, and working with cross-functional teams to drive execution.
About the team

We work closely with teams across the globe and maintain a culture of innovation and analytical thinking.
- 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Intermediate to advanced SQL and Excel skills. Exposure to GenAI capabilities.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)
