You’ll make a difference by:


  • Should be willing to workin a Factory setup supporting the HR functions with an employee strength of 2000 and above.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations specific to Maharashtra.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements, statutory deductions, and employee benefits such as ESIC,PT,LWF etc.
  • Should have good coordination with Blue Collar employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Workday.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters and employee information.
  • Responsible for all Hire to Retire functions in BU like FRRO, Induction, Internships, separations, F&F settlements, benefits topic like PF, SAF, Gratuity settlement etc.

Your success is grounded in:


  • MBA in HR with preferably working knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 5-7years ofexperience in HR and administration roles preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment, with understanding of local industrial relations.
