Sr. Node JS Developer

Overall Responsibilities:

• The Lead Node will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and implementation of Node-based applications and solutions.
• They will lead a team of developers and work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in Node.js and its related technologies
• Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB and CouchDB
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Good understanding of RESTful API design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams of developers
• Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Overseeing the development and implementation of Node-based applications and solutions
• Communicating with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies
• Identifying and addressing technical and project risks
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions

Qualification:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification in Node.js is a plus
