As the L7 Sr. Manager, you will lead a team of Regional Volunteering Product Managers responsible for delivering impactful volunteering experiences and programs tailored to the unique needs of Amazonians and community partners. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Set the strategic vision and execution roadmap for volunteering programs and initiatives in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global ACI priorities and goals;
• Coach, develop, and provide thought leadership to your team of Regional Volunteering Product Managers, helping them define product requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies for locally-relevant volunteering opportunities and tools;
• Serve as the key regional stakeholder and partner to the global ACI Volunteering team, providing critical feedback, insights and requirements to inform the development of scalable, globally-applicable volunteering products and programs;
• Establish and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, key community partners and strategic NGO partners, to drive volunteering participation, investment and impact within your region;
• Develop mechanisms to measure, track and report on the reach, engagement and outcomes of regional volunteering initiatives (including campaigns), using data to continually optimize for impact;
• Foster a culture of volunteering across your regional teams, leading by example and equipping Amazonians with the resources and support to make a meaningful difference;
• Collaborate closely with the central ACI Volunteering team to share learnings, best practices and successful regional initiatives that can be scaled globally;
• Manage direct and indirect reporting lines, providing coaching, feedback and career development support to help your team grow and succeed.

The Amazon Community Impact (ACI) Volunteering team is responsible for cultivating a culture of volunteering at Amazon, empowering Amazonians to use their time, skills and experience to make a positive impact in their local communities. The ACI Volunteering APAC Sr. Manager oversees the strategy, development, and execution of volunteering team and initiatives across the APAC region in alignment with ACI's global priorities and mission.
- 6+ years of team management experience
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
