The Amazon Devices team is looking for a customer-obsessed and data-driven marketing mind to strengthen our ability to delight customers.
As the Homepage & Experimentation Sr. Marketing Manager, you will work with local and international marketing and business stakeholders, balancing different needs in an ambiguous scenario. You will support new central Homepage launches and drive experiments to enhance Homepage customer experience and engagement. Additionally, you will lead the experimentation charter to simplify the onsite journey for Device customers. This includes leading the CX Vision for Devices including the strategy write-up, implementation and post-mortem.
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead and own customer-facing marketing initiatives and implement best-in-class strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering customer insights and execute cross channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition. Serving as a bridge between our customers and the business, this individual will have the responsibility to drive online marketing strategies to influence customer perceptions.
The successful candidate must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others and balance conflicting priorities, working closely with various local and global teams

• Own the Devices Homepage strategy, balancing stakeholder priorities considering customer data, tenets and business long-term goals.
• Owns the Homepage content calendar, partnering with internal creative teams to drive fresh and seasonal content, supporting discoverability.
• Rolls out Homepage experiments and new feature launches, leading localization and training local partner teams. Tracks and reports on Homepage performance.
• Partners with our BI team to measure and improve Homepage KPIs within specific Homepage experiences (Hero, Window Display, P13N)
• Leads the CX Vision for Devices including strategy write-up, implementation and post-mortem.
• Acts as the onsite CX gate-keeper for Device brands in India.
* Builds the product roadmap to automate currently manual processes (calendaring, approvals, tradeoff decisions, etc.)
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
