Sr. Manager_CCS Specialist

• Strong understanding of Charging and Billing platforms
• Understanding of charging platform architecture and design principles
• Good knowledge of consumer product and service development,
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products and services, achieving business objectives
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and design, including scalability, security, and performance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Directly delivers charging capability that impacts multiple commercial requirements and determines medium-long term technical agility of charging platforms
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret business goals into technical requirements.

Support the CCS implementation across the markets with a focus on driving the harmonization of the CCS platforms in order to ensure that all the markets are reaching the same version of the platform. Also this role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of post RFS initiatives across the markets.

• GSM Products & Services charging logic configuration and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and vendors to achieve business objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• OCS runway/platform roadmap feature delivery that support the Local markets products and services strategy
• Identify gaps in the migration run books and able to provide mitigation criteria to close the identified gaps
• Define platform harmonisation strategies i.e. aligning the platform the same version across the markets where similar platform is implemented.
