This position is responsible forValve Controls and Actuators business -primary focus will be Smart Products and Actuators 

Areas of responsibility :
  • Responsible for Key OEMs Business in the region.
  • Responsible for sales funnel management, Key Account Management and Business development in the region.
  • Approvals with EPCs and pro-actively working with EUs for the large projects for VCA Products
  • Develop and implement actions as per strategic plans & sales objectives.
  • Provide sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Focus on Key OEMs and expand base by adding new OEMs.
  • Focus on Customer needs and Customer relationship management. 
  • Analyse competition activities in the region and devise effective strategies to capture market share. 
  • Product presentations / Demo, participation in customer events & exhibitions to promote the product and service portfolio.

Basic requirements of the positionQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEssential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Instrumentation) with 12to  15 years Sales experience in Positioners / Actuators /Automation Industry preferred. 
  • Experience in Selling  Smart Positioners will be preferred
  • Experience in handling OEM business will be considered
  • Market and Customer experience & exposure to Oil & Gas is preferred
  • Experience in handling Large EPCs & OEMs in Oil & Gas industries is a MUST. 
  • Proficient in handling Microsoft tools & BI Reports and exposure to CRM tools
  •  Should have handled Major Accounts, Corporate customers and familiar with Account Management. 
  • Willing to travel extensively across India. Should have handled business to big / corporate customers. Able to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and respond to Customer queries.
