Scope of the position:
Managing Quality Assurance of the Lilly pharmaceuticals in Lilly India Affiliate and Nepal.
Responsibilities:


Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other relevant regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Pharmacovigilance and affiliate management
Proactively identify potential quality risks and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Act swiftly to resolve any quality-related issues or complaints, escalating as needed, to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouses to ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards. Travel in duration of 5-7 working days required on monthly basis within India.
Provide support with product complaints collection and management
Provides training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and regulations to external parties and cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate documentation in line with Good Documentation Practice and data integrity. Ensure audit readiness at anytime.


Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or other life sciences. Post graduate degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Regulatory experience is a plus.
Position is based at Eli Lilly Gurgaon office
Travel time (within India) 20-30%
Experience in warehouse auditing.
Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other India regulations related to Quality Assurance
Ability to travel frequently to various locations within India (approximately 5-7 working days/month).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
