We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager – Digital Program Management to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will lead the Digital traffic control for the organization and oversee the program management for the planning, execution, and delivery of programs across website operations, email marketing, and SEO initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are prioritized, delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Digital Program Management:


  • Oversee end-to-end program management for website updates, email marketing campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
  • Align on program goals, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with business functions.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with expert attention to; prioritize tasks effectively under tight timelines

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:


  • Work well within a fast-paced customer centric environment and with a variety of stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and analytics teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary Digital program point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and milestones.

3. Process Optimization:


  • Implement and refine workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across digital marketing programs.
  • Champion the use of project management tools and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:


  • Monitor program performance using data-driven metrics and analytics.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to share insights, challenges, and successes with leadership.

Experience:


Minimum Required:


Six to nine years in a marketing or project management role, either in an agency or internal position; range of experience with project management theory and best practices


Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses


Recommended:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications or related field

Competencies:


  • Strong organizational, prioritization and governance skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing operations
  • Accomplished, confident communicator and collaborator across the spectrum of engagements working day-to-day with tactical stakeholders; strong communications skills

Special Factors:


  • Well-rounded in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams
  • Proficient in Adobe Workfront
  • Working knowledge of production process for print and digital deliverables
  • Weekend and evening work as needed.
  • Work in office 2-3 days per week
  • Primary stakeholders are US-based between hours of 9 am – 6 pm ET; second shift advised.
