Job Description

As the Digital Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our web analytics, digital dashboard and reporting, and marketing data strategy. Your expertise in data analysis and strategic thinking will be essential in driving data-informed decisions, uncovering actionable insights, and ultimately improving our digital performance and marketing effectiveness.


Responsibilities:


Web Analytics:


  • Manage and implement web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
  • Regularly analyze website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and maintain customized tracking solutions to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Digital Dashboard and Reporting:


  • Create and maintain comprehensive digital dashboards to provide real-time and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting requirements and streamline reporting processes.

Marketing Data Strategy:


  • Develop and execute data strategies to enhance our marketing efforts, including customer segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign analysis.
  • Integrate data from various sources (e.g., CRM, social media, advertising platforms) to gain a holistic view of marketing performance.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to identify data-driven opportunities and guide marketing strategies.
  • Understand the current data privacy landscape as it relates to HIPAA and other government regulations to ensure we are protecting and safeguarding our data.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation:


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to generate actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:


  • Lead a team of digital analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and design, to ensure seamless data integration and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7 years) in digital analytics, web analytics, and marketing data strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience managing a team is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) is advantageous.
