Position Title: Senior Manager – MCCB – R&D


Experience: 6-10 years


Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)


Key role and responsibilities:


  1. Design & Development in MCCB Basic group
  2. Life cycle management of MCCB
  3. Analysis : Structural, Thermal, dynamic, and kinematic analysis using FEA 
  4. Experience on cost reduction/value engineering project
  5. Resolution of issues related to product performance, application, and customer complaints.

Functional Competencies:


  1. 3D Modelling (Proe Creo), experience in Plastic and sheet metal
  2. Design and development of switchgear products, Understanding of Electromechanical design.
  3. Co-ordination with CFT
  4. Understanding of Six Sigma tools, technical standards related to LV switchgear (IS/IEC – 60947-1 and IS/IEC – 60947-2 preferred)
