Role Overview:


The India A2C Finance Business Manager plays a key role in Agreement to Cash (A2C) operations, focusing on cash collections, process improvements, standardization, and governance. This role collaborates with senior business and finance leaders, drives efficiency across Invoice to Cash, and ensures adherence to strategic A2C policies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage India A2C teams to optimize cash collections and financial performance.


  • Drive cash collection strategies, aged receivables management, and BDE targets.


  • Oversee billing, disputes, and accounts receivable to improve efficiency and reduce risk.


  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and BPO partners (SGS) to streamline processes.


  • Ensure compliance with A2C policies, governance, and audit controls (SOX-Lite).


  • Implement A2C transformation initiatives, standardizing tools, processes, and reporting.


  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external collections partners.


  • Lead cross-functional risk discussions on revenue, AR, and collections with senior leaders.


  • Monitor and improve customer payment behaviors and dispute resolution processes.


  • Manage team performance, talent development, and leadership guidance across India A2C.


Key Skills & Experience:


Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance, Collections, or Order-to-Cash operations.
Finance & Collections Management: End-to-end A2C operations, cash flow optimization, risk assessment.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Expertise in Order-to-Cash, Credit Analytics, Legal & Contractual Escalations.
Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Third-Party Providers.
Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to drive KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement.
Technical Proficiency: Financial literacy, business acumen, dispute resolution, and forecasting.


Mobility Requirements:


Occasional domestic & international travel as required.
