Job Description
Job Summary: The Sr. Manager, Other Technologies will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technology professionals who work with emerging and innovative technologies. This person will work closely with the technology teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
Experience:
- Minimum of 16-20 years of experience in software development, with a focus on other technologies.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience in working with Japan clients.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.

Requirements:
- Project Manager having development background
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements and suggest ways to incorporate them into existing solutions.
- Establish quality standards and monitor performance to ensure quality is maintained.
- Risk management: Mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
- Team management: Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members.
- Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with all the teams involved in a project.
- Performance management: Identify and implement strategies to improve service deliveries.
