Responsibilities:


  • The resource will be responsible for managing the team to meet the client requirements and helps achieve USI PCR practice strategic and operational excellence while fostering a culture of learning and professionalism.
  • Perform review and compilation engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders
  • Incumbent should have hands on experience in setting up and managing PCR practice (including compilation and review)
  • One should have subject matter expertise and experience on compilations and review engagements
  • Design, develop, and execute analytical procedures to assess financial data and performance metrics
  • Responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Revenue recognition procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurately reflect earned revenue, optimizing financial transparency and accountability
  • Prepare detailed supporting schedules for financial statement analysis and review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, to facilitate comprehensive reporting and decision-making for managerial review
  • Review and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842), including calculation of lease liabilities, right-of-use assets, and related journal entries
  • One should have exposure to office / site management and other enterprise level operational activities
  • Must have experience of handling a team of 30-40 people and should be able to manage scale up

EXPERIENCE


  • Sr. Manager experience in a business work environment within reputed outsourcing firm in financial accounting, reporting and review practice/ space- Required
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience currently operating as Sr. Manager capacity with a team size of more than 40 is a must!
  • Knowledge of the overall audit industry and market trends - Required.
  • Ability to mentor and coach other employees - mandatory
