Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise-level web applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in low and high-fidelity wireframes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
