We seek a highly skilled and experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand the SAP SD module, including its configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. This profile will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP SD solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SD modules to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis of current business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions to optimize sales and distribution functions.
- Integration: Work collaboratively with other SAP modules and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the organization.
- SAP System Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP systems, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. Quickly address and resolve issues and implement necessary updates and enhancements to align the systems with business needs and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between SAP initiatives and business objectives. Foster and maintain strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
- Change Management: User Training and Support - Provide end-users comprehensive training and ongoing support to address any issues or challenges. Collaborate closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure seamless representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and process flows for future reference and continuous improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, Business, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SAP SD processes, configurations, and integration points with other SAP modules.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
