ABOUT THIS JOB
Candidates for our SAP support team are currently looking for smart and dynamic talent with 8-10+ years of hands-on experience. The applicants must have strong experience in administering SAP FICO applications and Module with experience in S4 

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • SAP consulting experience including customer-facing implementations, roll-outs & expert advisory assignments in the S/4HANA and ECC environment 
  • Closely work with the Business teams on problem definition, solution architecting, and rollout with a focus on reengineering the business processes.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (Focus on FICO-but not limited to): 
  •  Finance  - General Ledger, Account payable, Account receivable, Banking, Special Purpose Ledger, Asset, Month-end Close , Data Migration.
  • Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project System
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements  
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements 
  • Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.   
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules. 
  • Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions.  
  •  Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.  
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements   
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. 
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required  
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members 
  • Knowledge of SAP treasury, SLAN, Concur, and FSCM would be an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS


  • A minimum bachelor's degree in Accounts and additional professional add-ons like CA/ICWA/MBA will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 8-10  years of SAP experience supporting and Implementing FICO Modules 
  • Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, HR, and SD.
  • Effective communication in both oral and written English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time  
  • Understanding of accounting business processes. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others 
  • Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.
