Job Title: Senior Soft Services Executive


Job Description: JLL is seeking a Soft Services resource to join our Facilities Management team. This role focuses on delivering hospitality-like facility management services to ensure functionality, comfort, safety, and efficiency of our clients' workplaces.


Location - Bangalore


Key Responsibilities:


Vendor Management


  • Coordinate with service providers for housekeeping, janitorial, pest control, and waste management
  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of vendor-provided services

Operational Support


  • Assist in scheduling and overseeing daily operations, including cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure proper upkeep of furniture, fixtures, and other soft assets
  • Maintain and update records related to soft services activities

Customer Service


  • Respond promptly to tenant and occupant requests regarding facility-related soft services
  • Ensure high-quality resolution of issues to maintain a positive tenant experience

Health and Safety Compliance


  • Ensure all soft services comply with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to minimize workplace hazards

Budget Management


  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for soft services
  • Track expenses and identify areas for cost savings or efficiency improvements

Team Support


  • Supervise and guide janitorial or maintenance staff, if applicable
  • Support the Facility Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation

Reporting and Documentation


  • Generate regular reports on soft service metrics, service quality, and vendor performance
  • Maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance purposes

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, IHM, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in facilities management or soft services coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in workplace environments
