You are responsible for Strategic Sourcing, New vendor development, negotiation, Purchasing activities both Direct and Indirect materials,Outsourcing partner ( OSP) management, Supplier Compliance management, preparing MIS report For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers. support all SCM-related Activities. You will report to Manager Purchase, You will be located in Bangalore
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
The main duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:
Strategic Sourcing, offshore and onshore
New Vendor Development
Initiate cost Saving projects within Procurement and Supply chain
Procurement Process improvement
Purchase of Direct and Indirect materials.
create a Purchase order and coordinate with suppliers for the material/service deliveries.
Supplier scorecard
Outsourcing Supplier management
Supplier compliance management.
Procurement /Purchase MIS reports.
Strong microsoft Excel skills
Business Analytical tools Like Power BI will be an added advantage.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred B.E./ B.Tech
Understanding of Domestic, Import & Export procedures
4-5 years experience in SCM functions
Has strong negotiation and communication skills.
Can work well both in team and individual.
Possess service-minded skills.
Punctual and self-discipline.
