PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals. 


Responsibilities:


  • Pre-alert documents scrutinize (checking, supplier name and address, consignee name and address, compare with GST number, IEC number, AD code, Branch code, invoice ref. weight, package, CTH, LCL or FCL, duty or any other benefit etc.) and set-up the valid documents, follow and get the necessary support document and provide to EDI team for advance BOE filing. Get BOE check list approval from client. Arrival follow-up, BOE filing following, Duty payment process for applicable customers, Duty request and follow up with Consignee. Container movement follow up, delivery order follow-up. IGM Prior Close, BE register. OOC follow-up and resolve the customs query, handle ADC document, FTA execution etc. Handle, Re-Packing if any, Survey If any, C.E Inspection if available, Local movement cargo/container Insurance if any as per consignee advise. Providing Pre-intimation to the consignee and Transporter as per consignee’s format. Delivery planning as per consignee requirement and transport commercial approval follow-up if required / not available the contract. Vendor invoices / reports follow-up and make the accruals and provide to billing / finance team (Repacking charges, Bonded WH charges, C.E charges, Survey charges, Cab charges etc.) All the doc’s (Pre alert, BOE, OOC, vendor doc’s, reports, pass through related supporting docs, TRF, notarize bond doc’s, FTA copy, tr6 challan & etc.) upload in share drive and inform the same to billing team for consignee billing. Advance payment / provision cost follow-up and get the UTR details then share to Finance team for confirmation (particular consignee’s and project consignment and BB cargos and one-time customers). Maintaining DSR and sharing with client in regular basis Made KIP, QMR, reports and circulate with clients and to our Team (as per client format) Infinium S.lines survey to be co-ordinate between Transporter & S.lines nominated survey vendor. Handling one-time customers.


Academic Qualifications:


  • Should have 4-5 years’ experience with any MNC company with having thorough knowledges of Freight Forwarding activities, handling DG Bookings,
  • good contact with Liners, Co loaders, CFS & Port to handle shipments smoothly. Also should have Technical skills Operating systems- Internal & External parties & computer language skills.
  • Good communication, Interpersonal skills.
  • DG experience will be added advantage

  • Result oriented and target driven professional.
  • Strong problem-solving and out of box thinking skills. 
  • Adaptability and go getter attitude. 
  • Good Interpersonal skills and Good Analytical bent of mind.
  • Good communication and Presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
