What you will enjoy doing
Induction and Onboarding:
- Ensure 100% pre joining medical test and Background verification Check before the candidate is onboard
- Execution & Completion of Induction within stipulated time.
- Facilitating Joining & Induction Formalities
Employee Engagement:
- Administration & Data management of Reward and Recognition programs
- Organize monthly activities/events in Plant – Birthday celebration, Festival celebrations.
Trainings & Development:
- Training Need identification and preparation of Training Calendar annually.
- Ensure execution of Training as per the plan
- Update training calendar as and when required
HR Operations
- Contract Labor deployment & management
- Personnel file updation
- Ensuring Transfer letter and Relieving letter are issued on time and filed accordingly.
- Updating Organization chart
- Manage MIS for HR Related data like Attrition details, Working Hours, New Joinees and Exits etc
- Handle social securities related process, documentation and reimbursements
Admin:
- Ticket booking, Vehicle management, clearance of travel bills etc.
What makes you great
Qualification & Experience
- Full time Master's degree in Human Resources
- Good communication Skills
- Microsoft office – especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience
Must be a good team player with coordination skills
