Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of Essentiality Certificate Applications and EC domain knowledge
  • Scrutiny of Import Invoice as per DGH & Customs Compliance
  • Take follow-up & Co-ordinate for start to end process of EC From Invoice recd to till EC get released. (Includes checking documents/invoice, technical write-up as per Operator/DGH/Customs requirement/compliance)
  • On receipt of EC send email confirmation to customer for booking
  • Maintain Daily Status Report and share with client on daily basis.
  • Share the documents and forward to respective department for checklist preparation /filing BOE with customs
  • Timely and prompt communication with Clients and Customer Service person



Academic Qualifications:


  • 3-4 years of relevant experience from Custom Clearance/EC background.
  • Good communication, Interpersonal skills.
