PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals. 

Responsibilities:

• Process the shipping documents received from customer SBUs to internal Team
• Scrutiny of the documents and submission not customer
• Co-ordinate with origin to support SBU/CSR.   
• Co-ordination with CHA/internal team to know the import clearance status.
• Co-ordination with Customer for Delivery instruction.
• Co-ordinate with Duty request team to have on time duty payment of import consignments.
• Ensure warehouse receives a pre-alert on scheduled delivery of import cargo
• Co-ordination with Transport division on critical shipment delivery
• License record maintain to appropriate and timely utilization. 
• DSR submission to CSR/SBU on Import shipments
• MIS report preparation and powerpoint slides on performance
• Ensure to maintain NC report / Custom register
• Inter Department co-ordination for Service deliverables
• Alert Team leaders/Key Management team for business urgent/critical concern and take adequate steps to meet up SBUs service expectation. 

Academic Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Well versed with MS. Excel & Power point SAP system.
• Sound knowledge on Custom clearance and Supply chain Function.
• 6-7 years of Logistics industry experience
• AI & SAP knowledge shall be added advantage.
