• To ensue the sampling of all the materials according to Standard Operating Procedure.
• To ensure the Testing of Raw Material and Packing Material according to approved procedure.
• To recommend the release of Raw Material and Packing Material in standard format.
• To carry out investigation in case of Out of specifications and take the corrective action and  preventive actions.
• To intimate the Officer Stores and Manager Quality Control for the failure of any Raw Material and  Packing material, however if the Manager – Quality Control is absent then intimating the status of the same to Q.C. – Head.
• To record all the data related to the testing on line on day-to-day basis and ensuring the traceability of it.
• To carry out the calibration of all the analysis instruments as per the schedule.
• To bring to the notice the abnormalities and deviations to Manager Quality Control and Q.C. – Head.
• To prepare the working standards as per the guidelines and pharmacopoeias.
• To ensure the status tag on the released material and transfer of such material in the released area.
• To train team members on current good manufacturing practices and good laboratory practice.
• To check all the calculation of the respective test protocol and daily release status.
• To prepare, distribute and check  the analytical work and documentation.

            You will also be responsible for any other work, which may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
