We are seeking a skilled ERP IT Engineer to join our Business Transformation team at Forcepoint. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems, particularly with Workday Financial and Zuora skills, to help us optimize our business processes and ensure seamless integration of our ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
·Design, implement, and maintain ERP systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
·Perform system configurations and customizations to align with company processes.
·Integrate ERP systems with other software applications, including Workday Financial and Zuora.
·Develop and maintain Workday Studio integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
·Create and manage Workday Reports to support business needs.
·Configure and manage Workday security roles and permissions.
·Develop and maintain Workday business processes and workflows.
·Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
·Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
·Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes and configurations.
·Train employees on the use of ERP tools and systems.
·Support month-end and quarter-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
·Ensure ERP software complies with industry regulations and standards.
·Responsible for all phases of the integration lifecycle: design, build, test, and deploy Workday Integration solutions to support the organization’s ERP applications.
·Create custom integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Core Connector, Document Transformations, Web Services, and Rest APIs.
·Create and maintain inbound/outbound Workday Finance integrations to third-party systems with different modules like accounting, procurement, expenses using Studio and specific vendor templates.
·Responsible for creating complex reports like Advanced, BIRT, Matrix, Composite, and Dashboards with different calculated field functionalities and re-engineering with Workday environment.
·Translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop and test prototypes, and proactively maintain integrations once in production.
·Create technical documents which capture the development standards for the Workday project. These standards are fundamental building blocks to maintain consistency throughout the project and facilitate an effective output till post-production support.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·At least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably with Workday Financial and Zuora.
·Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by ERP systems.
·Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
·Experience with Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
·Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
·Proficiency in SQL and system integration.
·Familiarity with business process analysis and technical support.
·Experience with developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
