Responsibilities:- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and address technical challenges, Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and improve key metrics like OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, and defect rates
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement using lean methodologies
- Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and operational efficiency
- Support the implementation of automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, Provide technical insights for process redesign and capacity planning
- Maintain safety protocols and drive a culture of zero-incident workplaces
Qualifications:- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical or Industrial or Production
- 5 to 8 years in a manufacturing role, with exposure to lean methodologies and process optimization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft office and proficiency in SAP PP/MM modules
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools, automation technologies, and MRP systems
- Capable for solve any product related technical problem
- Posses good interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and team handling skills
