Job Summary: 


We are seeking a skilled Coil Design Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. You will be responsible for Electromagnetic analysis & Coil design, Engineering calculations


 In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Understand Project / Work Scope, plan and deliver quality output / deliverables to meet the expected schedule and timeline 
  • Periodic Interaction with Engineering Manager through Verbal & Written Communication
  • Lead Coil Design & Eletromangnetic analysis
  • Generate Project Metrics as per company guidelines
  • Report local Manager for all activities
  • Contribute to Organization Assigned Initiatives
  • Prepare engineering documentation including design reviews
  • Should be able to work in Engineering Laboratory for Product & System Level Testing following Safety Practices & Guidelines
  • Can support/provide input for series production planning, support ramp-up of series production
  • Support cost reduction projects for existing series products 
  • Interact with other team members to meet and optimize product design requirements.
  • Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required.
  • Adherence to quality process. On time delivery & Quality of the deliverables
  • Communicate and coordinate results with the team members 
  • Collaboratively work with other teams
  • Willingness to learn is critical 
  • Drive various organizational initiatives

For This Role, You Will Need:


  • Minimum bachelor’s in engineering Electronics / Electrical having relevant design exposure of @ minimum 6 – 9 years in Coil Design for Solenoid Valves will be preferred
  • Software skills: Maxwell experience, Microsoft office, Creo
  • Good understanding of Coil, Pull forces, Permanent Magnets, Sensors & Circuit related simulations
  • Aware of PDMLink & 3D modeling practices
  • Good Knowledge of Solenoid Valves, Pneumatic Valves, Shutoff Valve. 
  • Conversant with MS Office Software tools such Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Good to have skills: Cost estimations, Planning assembly of devices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team working player.
  • Good Lateral Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills 
  • Respect company’s values and ethics
  • A willingness to learn is critical
  • Good Communication skills in Verbal English with neutral accent is desirable
