PURPOSE OF JOB
The candidate will identify and engage with new prospective clients. The person shall be responsible for managing the entire sales engagement cycle and will be responsible for successful completion of Proof of Concepts with the prospective clients.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
● 3-5 Years of relevant Account Management & Sales Experience in Online UPS or Electrical Switchgear Sales. ● B-Tech (Electrical or similar) (MBA will be an added advantage) ● Excellent Account Management & Communication skills ● Pre-Sales and Sales Management (Including Techno Commercial Discussions)
KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES
➔ Acquisition of new customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction score ➔ Revenue Growth from within a group of accounts ➔ Pipeline and pre-pipeline generation and management ➔ Adherence to the sales/CRM processes. ➔ Prepares sales visits and provide presentations/demos to customers ➔ Submit commercial proposals to the Customers ➔ Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals ➔ Tracks progress toward goals and documents sales performance ➔ Ability to handle queries of own offering as well as competing industry options ➔ Gains familiarity with the Telecom industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products ➔ Attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
