About the Role:


As a Sr. DevOps Engineer within our Go-to-marketplace Applications team, you will be a driver of Crowdstrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. This role is responsible for maintaining the source metadata for Salesforce. As a Sr. DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for various aspects development and delivery such as:


  • Repository housekeeping and debugging 


  • Implementing new CI steps to the existing build


  • Review release updates from Salesforce 


  • Implement and roll-out productivity tools to Salesforce engineers (such as a sf-cli plugins)


What You’ll Need:


  • 5 years experience in a role where you have been responsible for delivering releases on Salesforce


  • 2 or more years of experience with off the shelf tools such as:


    • Autorabbit


    • Copado


    • GearSet


  • Scripting experience with one or more of the following:


    • Bash


    • Node


    • Python 


    • GoLang


  • Unparalleled understanding of both the Salesforce Metadata and Salesforce Tooling API   


  • Experience in building tooling in a loosely coupled but highly cohesive manor  


  • Advocate DevOps culture, tooling, delivery methods, and cultural practices 


  • Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of DevOps offerings, and help set the direction for that growth


Bonus Points:


  • Experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket 


  • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Dev 1/2)


  • Copado/Flosum certifications
