Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated person with Analytical Thinking to join our team. This role requires a sharp, detail-oriented individual who can analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to think critically and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use analytical skill and methodologies to provide actionable recommendations based on data findings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide strategic guidance and suggest process improvements based on analytical findings.
• Continuously improve data analysis processes and techniques to ensure high-quality results.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such Statistics,Business Analytics, Mathematics,  or similar.
• Technical skills (e.g. SQL, Python ).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum experience of 1.5 - 2 years and above in operations
