Job Description

Okta IGA Lead plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes within our organization. This role ensures seamless provisioning, secure access, regulatory compliance, and the efficient management of identity lifecycle processes. IGA Lead will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Okta workflows, access governance, and compliance, driving strategic initiatives to optimize the identity management ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Identity Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee end-to-end identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications for over 450,000 users.

  
  

• Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between Okta and core systems such as Active Directory, Block ID, DUO, Zimbra, O365, and other applications.

  
  

Okta Workflows Management:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Okta workflows to address evolving business requirements.

  
  

• Act as the primary SME for Okta workflows, providing guidance and expertise to the CNX IGA team.

  
  

• Address and resolve challenges related to new requirements and modifications to existing workflows.

  
  

Compliance and Security:

• Lead the security access certification process to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.

  
  

• Collaborate with auditors and compliance teams to address access governance and IGA requirements.

  
  

Team Guidance and Support:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to the CNX IGA team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  
  

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team to bridge skill gaps.

  
  

Operational Continuity:

• Maintain operational stability and continuity of lifecycle operations across CNX and WH teams.

  
  

• Mitigate risks associated with system inefficiencies and compliance failures.
