Job Description

The core responsibilities of the role include:


Delivery Enablement


·         Take ownership of processes and guidelines for Managed Services delivery for the region.


·         Build and grow relationships with market teams to optimise the project set-up and initiation process across the region and reduce pain points.


·         Source, develop and leverage relationships with regional talent vendors.


·         Work with internal partners such as sourcing, finance and legal, building strong relationships to optimize processes and delivery.


·         Manage VMS knowledge management and ensure clear documentation of processes, key learnings and best practices.


·         Support people and culture initiatives across the region.


·         Support other Managed Services projects as needed.


This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.



Qualifications

What you will need:

• Familiarity with Managed Services as a business.
• Experience working with vendors or agencies.
• Superior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage complex projects.
• Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organisation
• Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigour in work product
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities and the ability to communicate through presentation and guides.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, results-oriented individual
• 8-10 years professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

What will also help:

• Ideally have worked in consulting, Managed Services, recruitment or project management type role.
• Experience working in a regional support team.
• Expert user of Microsoft office tools especially PowerPoint.
• Post graduate education/Master’s degree will be highly regarded.
