Sr Channel Sales Representative – West Sales (Mumbai, Konkan & Goa)
Objective
Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales projects and activities. You will also be responsible for direct bidding and engagements with public & Private sector customers. Handle EPC/OEM customers in various verticals like Oil& Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and Pharma. You will serve as liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with Company, Channel and customers.
Roles & responsibilities:

·Responsible to drive Western Region (Mumbai, Konkan & Goa) HPS-PMC FI Products sales, deliver AOP sales Target, Pre-Sales activity, preparation & submission of techno commercial proposals and concept selling to OEM,EPC, PSU and End Users.
·Identification of opportunities; pipeline development. Opportunity management, and Forecast accuracy in meeting AOP target.
·Develop new Customer in adjacent territories / Segments.
·Techno-Commercial understanding of proposals, Clear value Proposition for the Solution to the customer. Creating Account Plan & sales strategies for all key pursuits by working closely with Regional Manager, LOB Leader, P&E, Sourcing team .
·Lead the complete sales process right from opportunity creation & offer submission to the participating negotiations & order closure.
·Work on continuous enhancement of solution to drive competitive differentiation. Spec-in Honeywell technical advantages & competition price loaders & disqualifiers in the RFQ by working closely with PBL & Technical consultants.
·Should have followed Sales process Compliance, Siebel/ SFDC, TAS Plan; Win-Loss MIS and Siebel /SFDC Database management
·Expansion of Channel Network in West Region
·Devise plans to break into competition accounts and keep a target for every sales individual for this initiative
·Direct engagements & bidding with Public sectors in the region.
·To leverage the expansive product portfolio and bring in synergies in the ground level
Key Skills required:
·Have a broad and defined idea about the Field Instrument and Process Instruments Products.(Pressure , Temperature , Flow, Level etc) for O&G Marketand Process Industry in West India.
·Understanding & experience in Product and Solution Sales for customers in O&G , Pharma, Chemical & Specialty Chemicals, Water & Other Verticals
·Competitive intelligence / Cost-Modeling of Field Instrument Product.
·Technical R&O analysis from scope and solution point of view.
·Improve Sales Efficiency. Win- Loss Analysis, Working Experience in Seibel / SFDC, Opportunity Management, TAS Plan, measurement of conversion rate & Improvement plan.
·Nurture and grow a sound and performing Channels
·Must be Self-Motivated, Effective Communicator, Proactive and Result oriented individual.
Qualification:
Minimum 10- 12+ years of Product Sales experience in O&G/Pharma/ Process Industry
Front end Sales Experience:- EMR/Yoko/ABB/E&H/Siemens/Forbes Marshall
Good Connect with Major Consultant, EPC’s, OEM and End Users in the region is preferred.
BE in Instrumentation preferred
BE with Similar industry experience can be considered
