Global Sales Compensation, Sr. Manager
Sr. Business Planning Manager will lead operations and analytics for the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions Sales Compensation program at Visa Inc. In this role, you will provide operational excellence and analytics for the team. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for sales performance tracking, building models, reporting, and driving insights. Responsibilities will range from analytical to operational/tactical, setting quotas, compensation plan effectiveness, and ensuring effective reporting.
In this role, you will drive insights into quarterly attainment, model and recommend sales compensation plan changes, partner sales operations, and Finance globally. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment and demonstrate a natural curiosity when digging into the numbers. You are responsible for reporting and analytics, and data management of all sales compensation data.
Qualifications
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
