Job Details:Job Description: We seek an IT Sr. BlueYonder Ordering Promising System Analyst to join the Supply Chain Planning Team. The analyst's role focuses on designing, configuring, and validating information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.� Identify needs by interacting with the business community and suppliers and keeping current on industry trends and best practices.� Lead complex, long-term initiatives from initiation to completion.� Guide and facilitate the implementation of process improvements and transformations.� Estimating schedules and timelines for major projects and driving the team to on-time completion� Develop partnerships with business and IT stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of planning and manufacturing systems.� Works with business partners to define the business process requirements, UX design, exploration, testing, and self-service activities to proactively seek solutions to future business challenges.� Provides expertise in BY OP: Forecast Netting, Allocation Planning, and Order Promising, with deep business process knowledge and the ability to apply and configure a technical solution or workflow to meet the business requirements. � Leads functional, system, user acceptance, and E2E business process testing, validation, and sign-off for complex implementations and maintenance releases to ensure stability. � The scope includes training and adoption, business process changes, business data improvements, reporting and analytics, and configuring software and workflows to support business and IT initiatives. � Executes path to production, maximizes automation, and aligns solution or capability with architecture roadmap, technical standards, and IT initiatives. � Member of a scrum team consisting of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, other Systems Analysts, and Application Developers.� Has strong qualitative and business process understanding, with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise.� Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.� Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.� Uses considerable judgment to configure the solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.� Identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems, where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors� Able to discuss leading industry processes/practices with businesses, organizations, and across platforms/domains.� Collaborate with key users across various business functions to adequately understand and document data flows and reporting requirements.� Driving requirements, gathering with customers, and using good verbal and written communication skills.� Foster networking and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.� Test solutions to ensure a high level of quality and optimal system performance.� Troubleshoot solutions to ensure data integrity and accuracy.� Support an Agile and DevOps approach to product management and maintenance, including support for deployment and management processes.� Work closely with software development engineers in supporting new features, services, and releases.� Develop training materials and provide training to key users to keep pace with the changing business needs and conditions.� Perform ongoing tasks in support of the existing product and/or environment.� Preparing and maintaining documentation to guide users and assist with ongoing operations.� Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, as well as plan and coordinate testing of newly developed processes.� Test solutions to ensure a high level of data quality and optimal system performance.The ideal candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits:� Motivated and committed to teamwork.� Highly collaborative and detailed oriented� Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and recommend solutions.� Strong desire to learn and internalize the business.� Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills with a passion for Supply Planning.
Qualifications:To be considered for this position, you must possess the minimum qualifications below. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Software Engineering or Computer Science or other Engineering field and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in Computer/Software Engineering or Computer Science or other Engineering field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Computer/Software Engineering or Computer Science or other Engineering related field and 4+ years of experience in: � Implementing i2/JDA/Blue Yonder (BY) Order Promising solutions.� BlueYonder OP products configuration: Forecast Netting, Allocation Planning, and Order Promising. (Forecast netting profiling and netting policies, allocation policies/rules, promising policies, delivery network, calendar, seller/product hierarchy, ATP, CTP)� End-to-end implementation experience in SCM/ERP solutions.� BY OP integration with master planning (BY ESP) and order management system (SAP ERP)� Business process reengineering, application solution design, and requirement engineering� Experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum practices.Preferred Qualifications � Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry knowledge.� Knowledge of BY OP OMS Service� Experience in S4 HANA/Reporting Tools preferable.Job Type:Experienced HireShift:Shift 1 (India)Primary Location: India, BangaloreAdditional Locations:India, HyderabadBusiness group:Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel.
