Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Frontline Sales Specialist to manage and grow medium to large-sized accounts. This role involves offering technically complex solutions while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, typically at the director level. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate within predefined business parameters.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the assigned geographic region, ensuring continued business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities within medium to large-sized accounts and develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, offer technically complex solutions, and provide recommendations that align with their business objectives.
  • Negotiation & Pricing: Work within established pricing and margin parameters to structure competitive offers that meet both customer needs and company goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the company’s footprint within the assigned region.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product specialists, engineers, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to proactively address customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a technical or solutions-based industry.
