Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps
and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer
marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150
campaigns.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with 2 to 4 years of experience in working with youth-centric brands on
social media channels, & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary
skills to analyze, plan & execute social media campaigns while working with brands and creators/

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop social media page strategies to increase user engagement on brands’ channels
2. Help the creation of digital content for social channels (e.g. Social Media- YouTube, Facebook,
LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
3. Conduct research to study social trends, current benchmark patterns, and consumer behavior
4. Develop community outreach approaches and strategies
5. Execute social media campaigns under the guidance of the campaign lead/ campaign manager
6. Plan the brands’ social media programming with the team based on monthly cadence, BAU, festive
and marketing calendar
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams - designer, copywriter, creator, etc - to get things done
8. Manage end-to-end social media channels
9. Publish posts on the client’s social media channels successfully and in a timely manner
10. Moderate and manage online feedback from fans and clients
11. Engage with fans and maintain their loyalty towards the brands through active community
management
12. Continuously test for best timings and best practices to post on client’s social media channels
13. Researching creator landscape and staying on top of local trends
14. Negotiating with vendors and content creators to minimize cost
15. Creating pitch decks and maintaining documentation & reports
16. Brief content creators and clearly chart out deliverables and production expectations from creators
17. Manage client & creators expectations for smoother and unambiguous functioning
18. Liaising with the support teams - production, legal, accounts - for the timely raising of cost sheets,
contracts, bills
19. Ensuring timely payment to vendors
Skills:
1. Well-versed with India’s digital content trends and creators
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience in having worked with youth-centric brands and managing their social media pages
4. Experience in having worked with influencers and content creators
5. Client servicing experience - should be able to manage relationships between brand - agency -
influencers/vendors
6. In depth knowledge of social media platforms and all the different formats and updates that launch
on these platforms.
7. Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization
8. Presentation skills - should be able to present plans to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams
9. Basic photo and video editing skills using editing apps on the phone like Meme generator, Canva,
VN, Inshot, etc.
