Job Description
- Review articles already translated to localize for native speaking. Articles include setup, decision trees, articles, FAQs, and guides.
- Deliver quality articles to effectively help customers to troubleshoot their queries. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Ability to develop or collaborate with the client to develop writing style guides with client TOV, if required
- Experience doing research using multiple sources.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of copy editing (in single or dual language) experience
- Proficiency (B1/B2) certification in language of choice. Also, good understanding of cultural sensitivity and grammar
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ease in both English and target language
- Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Oxygen) would be an added advantage.
- Good people skills
- Graduate in any stream or related field
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in language of preference would be an added advantage.
