Job Description
Responsibilities: Associate/Sr Associate – Research
- Support USA healthcare sector for a client publishing syndicated and ad-hoc market research reports
- Work involves survey analysis, PowerPoint report making, survey data analysis & checking, verifying against earlier reports, conduct quality checks
- PowerPoint template creation & data population, adherence to client’s report publishing guidelines & PPT formatting requirements
- Minute eye for detail needed for PPT creation, self-QC and delivery
- Adherence to SLA on quality includes accuracy of data analysis and slide/data formatting requirements
- Responsible for the first round of quality control for language, data analysis, PPT template creation & data population
- Learn and work on survey administration tools for survey testing and survey programming
- Good English comms skills, able to communicate one’s opinions and discuss with team, should be a collaborator, proactive and inquisitive to learn, upskill MS Office skills
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skillsets:
To succeed in this position, you must:
- Bachelor/Master/MTech of Pharmacy/ Pharmacology/Biosciences [HSC + Bachelor is a minimum requirement, must have cleared all qualifications without any ATKT and without any gap(s) in education]
- Freshers or candidates with less than two years of total work experience
- Prior work-ex needs to have experience certificate without which it will not be considered for evaluating relevance to the role / tenure of work-ex (gaps in work-ex will need to be justified)
- Have good knowledge of how the USA healthcare market works
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate and articulate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
- Have ability to conduct Google searches (secondary research) and dig out relevant documents from authoritative sources by using the right keywords
- Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and draw inferences from data
- Be able to understand team goals and deliverables and willingness to work towards achieving them
