What you will do

In this vital role you will be responsible for the implementation of artwork management system, ESKO, into the existing Amgen eco-system with applications like VEEVA, SAP, EDF and integrations through Workato and Databricks while demonstrating Tableau for analytics and reporting purposes. By collaborating across different Business and DTI teams you will support the development of a vision for how technology can be demonstrated to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure to improve the ROI of investments made. As a successful System Analyst, you will lead the overall operation of development, maintenance, and support of the required IS services and you will develop strong domain knowledge in the assigned area. Manage a suite of custom internal platforms, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software, and systems integrations
The role requires the ability to learn a sophisticated business domain quickly and the agility to respond to constantly evolving internal and external requirements. The ability to be organized, communicate clearly, and focus on detail will be essential.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that clearly outlines the planned features and enhancements, timelines, and breakthroughs
Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including those in the US and other international locations.
Partner and ensure alignment of the Amgen India DTI site leadership and follow global standards and practices.
Develop a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Identify and manage risks associated with the systems, including technological risks, scientific validation, and user acceptance
Develop documentation, communication plans and training plans for end users
Ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity and compliance.
What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degree and 1 to 3 years of information systems experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of information systems experience OR
Diploma and 7 to 9 years of information systems experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for seeking sophisticated challenges in manufacturing with technology
Understanding of manufacturing technologies, systems, data and integrations.
Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills to work seamlessly in a multi-functional team
An ongoing commitment to learning and staying at the forefront of technology, digital and AI advancements.
Experience creating impactful slide decks and communicating data
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrable experience in Information Systems and Business Analysis
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including a natural ability to convey sophisticated technical topics to diverse audiences
Affinity with Languages
Possesses strong learning agility and technical know-how - ability to breakdown sophisticated topics issues and into practical plans for team execution
Desire to work with a truly multifaceted and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
Excellent critical and analytical thinking with proven attention to detail
Knowledge/experience in supply chain / packaging / labeling / artwork business functions in Pharmaceutical/GMP environment
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Labeling and Artwork Management applications such as Esko Web Center, Document management applications such as Veeva Vault, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Tableau, XML, MS-Co-Pilot, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator)
Knowledge/experience with use of Agile methodologies
Professional Certifications:
SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with stakeholder management, managing a team, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and driving the successful delivery of technical projects
Familiarity with databases and analytics platform such as Databricks and related programming languages like SQL, Python.
Ability to drive projects/company initiatives using Agile methodology
Soft Skills:
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
High degree of initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
Team-oriented with a focus on achieving team goals.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
