Amazon India is looking for dynamic, smart and customer obsessed candidate to support instock operations for Large Appliances category. The candidate will be responsible for driving improvement in operational performance metrics, inventory levels and vendor performance by working closely with selling partners (Sellers/Vendors/brands), internal stakeholders (planning managers, vendor managers, program managers) and fulfillment partner teams (Fulfillment Center, S&OP, Supply Chain etc). A good blend of analytical and execution skills is required to drive day to day operations, continuously drive improvement and automation. Strong candidates will have good analytical skills, hands-on operations/Supply Chain Management or inventory management experience.

-Own and drive improvements in Instock, regional supply and fill rate from sellers/vendors.
-Fetch and Analyze data from multiple sources to aid inventory planning and execution workstream
-Act as single point of contact for managing issues and escalations pertaining to material inbounds, product quality, deliveries etc.
-Work with Brands and sellers to align demand & supply plan in line with brand's production plans and Sales plans.
-Create and automate weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
-Monitor Day to Day Operations, identify issues and problem solve
A day in the life
The key goals that the team drives are:
a) Driving Instock Availability (i.e. minimizing out of stock)
b) Driving inventory distribution across 14 clusters in India (Regional Instock) for more than 20 brands
c) Improve Vendor Fill Rate and Lead time
d) Driving improvement in Vendor and Seller experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
