What does a successful Sr Associate, Client Operations Support do?
You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with internal policies while maintaining high accuracy and exceptional typing speed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, support various tasks, and keep sensitive information confidential. Fiserv values organization, correct spelling, grammar, and strong communication skills for this role.

What you will do:

• Maintain a typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Work on VPN-bound applications and multiple screens.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output.
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies to keep information confidential.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 2+ years of experience ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• 2+ years of experience with VPN-bound applications.
• 2+ years of experience in data review and correction.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream or an equivalent combination of education, work.

What would be great to have:

• An advanced degree in a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI.
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with Power Apps.
