We are looking for an individual with 3 to 4 years of experience in branded content & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan & execute campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers.
Key responsibilities:
Craft and execute campaigns for clients as a campaign lead
Build confidence and manage client expectations
Negotiating with vendors and content creators to minimise cost
Contribute strategically and creatively to boalsters NBDs
Work closely with A&M team and production team to maintain strategic direction, proper budgeting and tracker maintenance
Provide necessary feedback to vendor for assets
Review & consolidate all produced assets before sharing with client
Supervise all shoots & troubleshoot where necessary
Keeping a close eye on asset performance and changing strategy as we go to meet better results
Creating pitch decks and maintaining documentation & reports
Keeping an eye out for what's trending and applying it to your work
Brief content creators and clearly chart out deliverables and production expectations from creators
Proactively build creative solutions for clients across platforms
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless ideation, and execution
Manage team expectations and take active interest in their professional development
Skills:
Well versed with India’s digital content trends and creators
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in having worked with influencers and content creators
Client servicing experience - should be able to manage relationships between brand - agency - influencers/vendors
Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization
Ability to work on end - to - end digital campaign planning & execution
Presentation skills - should be able to present plans to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams
Basic knowledge of video production
Bonus: Media buying, digital media tools skills or artist management experience
