JD:


Business Analyst is intermediate level position responsible for FX , Currency, and Rates  eCommerce systems rollouts and  


managing a number of projects simultaneously  as well as contributing to  business needs initiatives 


This role requires working closely with FX, Commodities, and Rates cross functional teams of Sales and Trading, Product managers, Technology to execute  business goals 


  • Oversight and coordination of all onboarding activities and product demos 
  • Liaising with the Internal Sales, Product, Development, and Support Groups 
  • Collecting information required to complete pre-requisite setup process with internal teams as necessary to expedite. 
    Reviewing and checking for completeness of pre-requisite client and branch information and supporting requirements before submitting the case to internal business partners for processing. 
  • Coordinating and monitoring the onboarding  
  • Ensuring access entitlements for internal groups  
  • Preparing and maintaining User Guides  
  • Monitoring onboarding process and assisting the team in implementing Onboarding related projects 
  • Providing support and guiding Sales throughout an onboarding process and workflow 
  • Providing 1st level of support to Users 
  • Single point of contact for all users globally and for internal groups that are being serviced out of the various coverage desks globally. 
  • Ensuring Global and local compliance with all appropriate regulations, controls, banking and data privacy standards. 

Requirements 


  • Minimum Qualification -Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Relevant working experience of 2 to 4 years - with background in financial services industry  
  • This is a hands-on role and expect the person to have good product knowledge of Trade life cycle & Risk/P&L in FX/Rates. 
  • Business focused with records of successful accomplishment in providing consistently outstanding customer service 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines - provide a fast and efficient turnaround of tasks and problem resolutions 
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across hierarchal levels and functions 
  • Analytical mind and decision-making skills 
  • Highly motivated and prepared to accept challenges 
  • Superlative written and verbal communication skills;  
  • Multi-tasking and strong operational and process/procedural skills 
  • Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory influences within the Client onboarding process 
  • Client service oriented and creative 
  • Proactiveness, initiative 
  • Strong PC skills: MS Office 

Experience:


  • At least 5 plus years of experience in BA
