    • Create and Maintain user Roles and Authorization profiles, maintain users in central system by using Central User Administration (CUA), monitor user logins, user sessions, restrict default login in instance parameter file, troubleshoot user level problems to properly access servers



    • Create and Maintain user authorizations in S4 HANA cloud with  “Maintain Business User” and “Maintain Business role” apps , restrict authorization to business catalogs and apps, monitor users via IAM app and troubleshoot using auth trace app in S4 HANA cloud



    • Work with functional teams and change management teams to understand the business requirements and gather application security requirements needed to build roles based on those requirements; Obtain necessary approvals.



    • Optimize roles for the given job positions and job title needs



    • Setup users in SAP Service Marketplace



    • Guide team in performing unit tests as roles are developed; Assist in implementing end to end security testing for all business critical processes and developing the necessary tools for a successful implementation of SAP systems



    • Troubleshoot SAP system security errors efficiently and accurately



    • Assist in coordinating security for SAP interfaces, user training, user acceptance testing, and data conversions where necessary 



    • Lead multiple work streams for security role redesign projects to redesign the current security roles and recommended SOD conflict free roles in line with industry leading practices; leverage tools ‘databases’ and ‘analytics’ for aiding management with decision making and approach determination.




    • Lead SAP Access Controls projects through design, implementation, and testing phases across modules - Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Sensitive Access, Access Request Management, and Emergency access management



    • Ensure integrity and confidentiality of information residing in SAP systems.



    • Maintain SAP Security policies and documentation according to company standards



    • Follow and implement SAP-related policies and procedures such as those around access controls, change management and development to ensure preparation for the variety of audits that occur throughout the year.



    • Work with auditors (internal and external) to assist in conducting audits, reviewing and submitting evidences, agreeing to remediation plans and ensure all audit issues and deficiencies are tracked and closed in a timely manner



    • Assist with compliance for SAP corporate, security, and legal requirements



    Experience:



    • Minimum 7 years of SAP Security hands-on experience in SAP ECC, FSCM, CRM, BW, SCM and Solution Manager.



    • Minimum 3 years of SAP S4 HANA Security hands-on experience



    • Minimum 2 years of implementing SAP GRC 



    • SAP Migration/Upgrade experience



    • Experience working with a geographically dispersed SAP team members and business users



    • Experience working with collaborative web-based tools to accomplish group tasks



    • Experience working with Approval, SAP GRC and IAG



    • Proficient in all MS Office applications



    • Ability to utilize standard service desk tools for incident and request management



    • Excellent written and oral communications are essential




    • Demonstrated commitment to delivery of quality results on time



    • Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills



    • Should have high ethical standards, excellent customer focus and strong drive for results



    • Flexibility and adaptability – role includes oversight over SAP Security consultants as well as in depth hands-on work and can stretch into new roles when asked



    • Eagerness to keep current with emerging technologies and promote their use



    • Understanding of SOX controls and compliance and SOD conflict issues within an IT department
