What you will do
Revit BIM modeling of engineering services including Mechanical, Electrical (ELV), Firefighting as per the designed CAD drawings/ Markups.
Preparation of 2D sheets from Revit model/CAD as per client standards.
Checking the clashes within and between services using Navisworks Manage software and expunges according to the clash report.
Coordination with ASMEP services with the program schedule.
Preparation of Cable Tray routing and Containment routing.
Strong Knowledge and Preparation of Revit parametric families, schedules and construction documents using Revit MEP.
Working in BIM 360 Collaboration and ACC.
Manage medium sized projects Individually and work with the Team on Big Projects.
Meeting and coordinating with Global clients on daily basis.
How you will do it
Autodesk Revit MEP tool-Both Project and Parametric Families (Any Version)
Autodesk BIM 360/ ACC – working Experience
Navisworks Manage,
AutoCAD Tool (Any Version)
HVAC – design knowledge preferred.
What we look for
Required
Minimum 5 years AutoCAD and REVIT experience.
Revit experience and detailed understanding of its processing including setting up and maintaining projects, files, families and work sets.
Knowledge of clash detection using Navisworks.
General understanding of other trade disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and how they relate to mechanical system design and construction.
Desired knowledge of building mechanical codes & plumbing codes.
HVAC design knowledge is preferred.
Ability to create coordinated plant room models from the design markups/drawings.
Ability to create detailed setting out, sectional & builders work layouts for mechanical services.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or drafting studies is preferred
Experience in MEP Construction Field throughout the project lifecycle.
Excellent interpersonal skills and written & verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Certification in Revit BIM Professional.
Min 4-5 Years of Experience
Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.
